Executive Director

Megan is from Livingston, Tenn., and relocated to Knoxville in 2015, where she quickly fell in love with the Greater Knoxville Area. Megan graduated from King University in 2016 with a degree in business administration and health care management. She began as Executive Director of South High Senior Living in the Summer of 2021, having had an extensive background in the assisted living and memory care industry. While in school, she discovered her love for working in the senior living space – especially working with those living in a memory care setting. She is a certified CARES dementia specialist and volunteers with the East Tennessee Chapter of the Alzheimer’s Association, as a trained community educator and support group facility. Megan previously served as the 2021 and 2022 Walk to End Alzheimer’s Chair for the Knoxville Walk to End Alzheimer’s.

Megan loves spending time with her wife and pets. She loves being outdoors, reading, coffee, and advocating for inclusivity and belonging.

Lynn Pique

Lynn Pique

Director of Sales and Marketing

A Graduate in Business Administration from Lincoln Memorial University, Lynn works closely with families in the Greater Knoxville area who find themselves seeking additional help with their aging loved one with a continued focus being how she can best serve them and in the care of getting to know the clients and their families, getting to know what makes them the individual they are and the history they have while getting to know their new place to call home. South High is a great start for the best years to come with the caring staff to back you as you age in place. Lynn has always enjoyed our Seniors and the joy they share with us. As her career path slowly changed in the direction of serving Seniors, it felt wonderful to be back in a Community who enjoys the same. This also led her to serve as the 2023 Community Engagement Chair for the Walk to End Alzheimer’s with the East Tennessee Chapter of the Alzheimer’s Association. Lynn has served as a volunteer in many roles with the Alzheimer’s Association for more than 30 years.

Lynn loves the Greater Knoxville area she serves, while being married to her best friend, Anthony E. Pique. They share their home with dogs, Molly and Cabbage. They share two precious Daughters, a wonderful Son n law and five awesome grandchildren. Lynn loves being outdoors, traveling, crafting and quilting.

Stephanie Patmore

Resident Care Director

Stephanie is originally from West Virginia and relocated to Tennessee when she was 18 years old. She has always pursued a career in community service. However, she truly found her passion for senior adults and healthcare, after accepting a position as a resident care assistant for an assisted living facility. This career led her to identify the growing need for compassionate nurses in senior living communities. With that knowledge, Stephanie decided to pursue a career in nursing. She attended Tennessee College of Applied Technology Knoxville’s nursing program, where she graduated and became a Licensed Practical Nurse in 2020.

In her spare time, she enjoys cooking, music, movies, and spending time with family.

Courtney Lightfoot

Business Office Director

Courtney currently serves as the Business Office Director at South High Senior Living. She attended Grand Canyon University where she completed undergraduate and graduate studies, graduating with a Master of Science in Healthcare Administration. She has gained an extensive background in healthcare management and is passionate about the health and well-being of others. A strong advocate for integrity, innovation, and excellence, she strives to improve healthcare processes to promote the highest quality care to our residents and their families. She is excited to serve the senior community here in the Knoxville area.

Courtney enjoys time with her family and spending time with them on their farm.

Tina Richey

Tina Richey

Assisted Living Activities Director

Tina Richey serves as activities director at South High Senior Living. She is from Bell County, Kentucky, and relocated to Knoxville in 2014. Tina has an extensive background in the senior living industry and is a trained memory care specialist. She is excited to plan innovative and fun activities. Tina is passionate about making each of our residents smile and always lives by her motto, to “live life to the fullest.”

In her spare time, she enjoys spending quality time with her family, doing DIY projects and drinking coffee.

Whitney DeBusk

Memory Care Activities Director

Whitney joined our team permanently after an extensive internship through her program studies at the University of Tennessee. She is a certified Recreational Therapist and thrives on creating activities that feed our residents' souls to improve or maintain their physical, cognitive, social, emotional and spiritual functioning to continue living their most vibrant lives. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her dogs and cheering on the Vols!

Culinary Services Director

Bill is originally from the East Tennessee area, but his love for culinary led him to the Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts in Georgia; where he graduated with a degree in the culinary arts. Chef Bill’s career in the culinary arts led him to hold management positions in some of the most prestigious restaurants in New Orleans’ French Quarter, giving him a background in French, Creole, Cajun, and Latin American cuisines. He relocated back to his roots in the East Tennessee area in 2021 and creates a diverse dining experience for our residents that draw upon a variety of tastes and traditions.

Outside of work, Bill enjoys reading, a good taco joint, the movies, and most of all spending time with his son.

Larry Davenport

Building Services Director

Larry’s career in the construction and maintenance industry began over 30 years ago. He had a renovation business and completed work for a variety of industries like major boat companies and to the City of Knoxville. After discovering a love for serving senior adults, Larry decided to pursue a career where he could better serve the seniors of the Greater Knoxville Area. His love for serving seniors has kept him busy in the Assisted Living industry for the last few years. Larry plans to continue serving where his compassionate nature has led him.

In his spare time Larry enjoys music, helping his family and friends, and having a good cup of coffee.

Tracy Debusk

Tracy was born and raised in Knoxville, TN and is a true VOL through and through. Tracy was a homemaker and volunteered at Bell Morris Elementary school for over 15 years, as her children were growing up. Once her children were all grown, she wanted to continue to serve her community and began volunteering at South High Senior Living in the spring of 2022 and quickly fell in love with our residents. The residents loved spending time with Tracy as well, telling her stories, completing crafts, dancing, but one of their favorites was taking pool lessons from Tracy in our Billiards area. When there was an opportunity for Tracy to spend even more time with the residents and staff of South High by accepting the concierge position, she took it! Tracy is such a vibrant and welcoming energy as you enter the doors of South High Senior Living, with her friendly smile and warm heart! She says we have become a big part of her life and family.

In her spare time, Tracy enjoys remodeling her home, spending time with her children and family, listening to music and dancing. She also loves her senior pets, dog Zeus and cat Cali.

Marshall McCauley

Marshall McCauley

Regional Vice President

Marshall grew up near Detroit, Michigan before relocating to East Tennessee in 2001 to attend Maryville College where he earned a B.A. in Psychology in 2005. He then attended Pacific University in Stockton, CA where he earned a Master’s degree in Psychology in 2010. It was during his time studying at Pacific that he furthered his interest in gerontology and published his Master’s Thesis titled Perspectives on Successful Aging, research that examined attitudes and behaviors of seniors living well into late life. Marshall later graduated from the University of Tennessee, earning a Master’s degree in Social Work in 2014. He was named Social Worker of the Year in 2015 by the East Tennessee Society of Healthcare Social Workers.

He obtained his Tennessee Assisted Living Administrator license in 2015 and served as an Assisted Living Executive Director from 2016 to 2023, demonstrating success in achieving and exceeding annual budget and census goals (including reaching 100% occupancy), developing positive workplace milieu, and forging teams to deliver consistently excellent resident/family care and service. Marshall joined Dover Signature Properties in 2023 as the Regional Vice President of Operations and oversees South High Senior Living in Knoxville, TN and Alexander IV Senior Living in Macon, GA.

Marshall is an avid sports fan who enjoys gardening, playing guitar, cooking, home renovation projects, trivia, and reading/audiobooks. When not too busy, his dog Waylon likes to take him on walks around their neighborhood.

Amy Olson, Care Partner

Care Partner

Amy Olson received her nurse practitioner certification in 2016 and is certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners as an adult gerontology nurse practitioner. She joins South High Senior Living as our nurse and brings with her six years’ nursing experience from working in urban hospitals in Knoxville, Tenn., and Louisville, Ky. Amy has gained experience in a variety of environments, including the ER, rehabilitation units, psychiatric and ICU units, among others. Since her first position as a registered nurse, Amy discovered that her favorite patient population is the elderly. “In the process of attending to their health care needs, they share their rich life experiences and knowledge with me,” she said.

Amy received her bachelor’s degree in 1989 from the University of Tennessee. After completing her first career choice as a stay-at-home mother of three children, Amy began pursuing her second passion in life: caring for others. She received her nursing degrees from Lincoln Memorial University, King College and Maryville University.

When not practicing nursing and serving our residents, she enjoys spending time with her family, jogging, hiking in the Great Smoky Mountains and cheering on the Tennessee Vols when it’s football time in Tennessee!

Megan Givens, nurse at South High Senior Living, began her nursing career in 2013, earning her Bachelor of Science degree in nursing from the University of Tennessee–Knoxville. She worked in an acute care cardiac unit for six years and then decided to advance her learning to become an advanced practice nurse. She graduated from Lincoln Memorial University with a Master of Science degree in nursing in 2020 and is board-certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center as a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner.

Megan uses a holistic approach when caring for our residents. She is passionate about serving others and strives to make a difference in the life of each person she encounters.

Megan was born in Chattanooga, Tenn., but now resides in Strawberry Plains, Tenn., with her two dogs, Bentley and Milly. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her friends and family. She also enjoys playing volleyball, hiking in the mountains, relaxing on the beach and watching Tennessee football.
